Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with LIFENZO. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, assembled, altered, or returned without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lifenzo@terziogluglobal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you on a suitable resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please contact us first at lifenzo@terziogluglobal.com.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
